General Refund of Fees

You are eligible for a full refund on both government fee and processing fee if we haven’t yet sent your application to the government, and you made the request within 30 days of the purchasing date. If our team already started working on your application and requested further information / documents from you, but did not yet submit your application to the government, you will be eligible for a full refund on the government fee only, however, the processing fee will be forfeited. Typically, you will receive an email confirmation from us once your application is submitted. In all cases, note that there is a non-refundable bank charge of 5 USD per order. 

You are not eligible for a refund once your application is submitted to the government, unless you purchased the Denial Protection together with your order. If you passed the 30-day cashback period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The Denial Protection is not refundable, but it gives you the right to request for a refund of the government fee and processing fee in the event that the government rejects your application.

 

Refund of eVisa Premium

If you are an eVisa Premium member, you are eligible for a full refund if you have not used your premium benefits and wishes to cancel your membership within 30 days of purchasing your plan.

How to request for a Refund ? 

Simply reach out to us via email at [email protected] or send us a message via WhatsApp. Please share your email address as well as the reason for the refund.

Please not that to receive your refund, you must:

• Meet the criteria describe in the section above
• Enter your registered email correctly

 

If you purchased the Denial Protection, and the government rejects your application, we will automatically refund the amount you paid, minus the Denial protection fee. 

 

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your refund. Once we approve your refund, it’s sent immediately. It might take up to 14 days for your bank to reflect the refund.
